DEPARTURES

• Put sheets, pillowcases, bath mats and towels in the bag provided (one or two bags will be left on your terrace the day before your departure). Please leave the bags inside the villa.
• The rest of the linen must remain in the villa (kitchen towels, bed covers, protective sheets, pillow protectors, pool towels, bathrobes, blankets, throws…) to be treated by us.
• Empty and dispose of all your garbage (kitchen, bathroom, WC). Empty the dishwasher and store dishes in cupboards.
• Empty the fridge and freezer (for hygiene reasons, any opened product should not remain in the villa)
• Clean the plancha (using cold water while it’s still hot) and all appliances (coffee machines, kettles and toasters).
• Fold up the crib if you have used it. Place the linens on the crib.
• Open all tilt-and-turn windows.
• Sweep the floor.

For villas equipped with a safe, please leave the door open.

Please note that it is not possible to clean your vehicles within the residence.

For early departures, please leave the keys on the door of the villa.

Important: any object or piece of furniture broken or damaged during your stay must be reported before your departure.
